2. Service Description

WaveLabel provides a music link parsing service that converts platform-specific music sharing links into unified song metadata. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit excessive requests that may degrade service quality for other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Service beyond normal API rate limits

4. Intellectual Property

The WaveLabel name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. The song metadata retrieved through the Service remains the property of the respective rights holders and platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

WaveLabel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
